RETURN POLICY

 

We accept returns on unworn items within 5 business days of receiving your order. Each item must be returned unworn in the original condition it was received in, with original tags and packaging remaining intact. Items purchased on sale or with a sale code may only be returned for exchange or store credit. Sales are final after 5 business days of receipt of your order. 

 

Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Marsienne is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods. 

 

Purchases made with store credit may be returned if eligible, however, the original store credit will be reinstated.

Each item is pre-owned. We have done the best to our ability to accurately depict the condition of each item through written description and photos. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Orders will be processed within the next two business days, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Residents of Maryland will pay a 6% state tax on their purchases.

 

Items shipped domestically are sent via USPS Priority mail. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please contact us. Shipping rates are dependant on weight and delivery location. Signature is required upon delivery for items $350 and above, unless specified otherwise by customer. Please note if customer requests no signature upon delivery for items $350 and above, the customer accepts full responsibility for the item; we are not responsible for loss or damage that may occur. For high valued orders we reserve the right to requre signature confirmation with delivery even if the customer requests no signature upon delivery to ensure items arrive securely.

 

International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International.  Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery from shipment date. Please note this does not take into account customs clearance delays. International orders may be subject to custom duties - the recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes, which may range between 20% and 40% of the value of sale.  Please check with your local customs office for details.
